What’s Included
From demolition to the final walkthrough.
A remodel involves many trades and hundreds of small decisions. Our process keeps them connected to the approved design, so the finished rooms match the drawings and the schedule stays clear from start to finish. You always know what is happening next and why.
Project management.
One team sequences the trades, orders materials, and tracks the schedule, so you have a single point of contact instead of a dozen separate calls.
Site protection.
Floors, furnishings, and the rest of the house are protected before work begins, with dust control and clear work zones that keep daily life manageable.
Plumbing and electrical.
Supply lines, drains, circuits, and lighting are roughed in to the drawings and inspected before walls close, so what’s hidden is done as carefully as what shows.
Cabinetry installation.
Cabinets are set level, scribed to your walls, and fitted with the interiors specified in design, ready for counters, hardware, and the final adjustments.
Tile and waterproofing.
Showers and wet areas are waterproofed before tile goes on, then finished with careful layout, clean cuts, and grout lines planned in advance.
Final walkthrough.
We review every room with you, note any adjustments, and complete them before the project closes, so the space is finished the way it was designed.

Do you handle both design and construction?
Yes. The same studio that develops the design stays connected to the build, so decisions made on paper carry through to the finished rooms.
How long does a remodel take?
It depends on scope, selections, and product lead times. We give you a realistic schedule before construction begins and keep you updated as work moves forward.
Can we stay in the house during construction?
Often, yes, especially for a single kitchen or bath. We contain work areas, control dust, and plan the schedule so the rest of the home stays usable.
Who will we talk to during the project?
You’ll have one point of contact who knows your design, schedule, and selections, so questions get answered without being passed between trades.
How do you handle surprises behind the walls?
Older plumbing, wiring, or framing issues are reviewed as soon as they’re found. We explain the options and cost before any change is made.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are licensed and insured in Arizona, and permits and inspections are handled as part of the project when the work requires them.
Can we remodel in phases?
Yes. We design the full plan first, then build it in stages, so each phase uses the same palette and nothing has to be redone later.
How do you keep the project on budget?
Your budget is built from real selections during design. Changes are priced and approved before they happen, so there are no surprises at the end.
What happens at the end of the project?
We walk every room with you, complete any final adjustments, and make sure you know how to care for your new finishes.
Can you build from another designer’s plans?
In many cases, yes. We review the drawings and selections first, confirm what’s ready to build, and identify anything that needs more detail before construction starts.
