Every design service is built on the same core deliverables. Together they settle how the room works, how it looks, and what it costs, before anyone orders a cabinet or picks up a tool. The result is a plan you can price with confidence, build without guesswork, and enjoy for years.
Space planning.
Measured layouts that organize work zones, circulation, and storage around how you use the room, tested in plan before any walls, plumbing, or openings move.
Cabinetry design.
Every cabinet, drawer, and panel is drawn to your walls and storage needs, with door styles, finishes, and interior fittings specified for fabrication.
Materials and finishes.
Counters, tile, flooring, plumbing fixtures, and hardware are selected as one coordinated palette and compared side by side, so each choice supports the others.
Lighting plans.
Ambient, task, and accent lighting are placed along with switching and fixture selections, so the room works for cooking, getting ready, and relaxing in the evening.
Photoreal 3D.
Realistic renderings let you see the room before it is built, review sightlines and proportions, and make changes on screen while they are still easy.
Documents and budget.
Dimensioned plans, elevations, and finish schedules give every trade the same information, paired with an itemized budget range built from your selections.

Do we have to use your team for construction?
No. The design package is complete enough for any qualified contractor to build from, though many clients choose to have Living Space Designs build the project as well.
How long does the design phase take?
It depends on the scope and how quickly selections are made. We give you a realistic schedule at the start, with milestones for layout, 3D review, and final documents.
When should we start design?
As early as possible. Designing before you collect bids means every contractor prices the same complete plan, and decisions are made calmly instead of on the job site.
Will we see the design before it’s built?
Yes. Photoreal 3D renderings show the room from several angles, and we revise them with you until the layout, materials, and lighting feel right.
Can you work with our existing layout?
Yes. If the current footprint works, we focus on cabinetry, finishes, and lighting. If it doesn’t, we explore layout changes and show you the options side by side.
Do you help us stay within budget?
Yes. An itemized budget range is developed alongside the design, so you can see how each selection affects cost and adjust before anything is ordered.
Can we bring our own ideas and inspiration?
Please do. Photos, saved images, and notes on what isn’t working all help us understand your taste, and we build the design around them.
Do you design for accessibility or aging in place?
Yes. Wider clearances, curbless showers, easy-reach storage, and good lighting can be built into any design when they fit your goals.
What happens after the design is approved?
Your drawings, selections, and budget move into construction with our team or into bidding with a contractor you choose, so the build starts from a finished plan.
