We invite you into our Design Studio to an indepth conversation about your needs and wants for the space you want to remodel and talk about our whole procress and the design agreement.
Once a design agreement has been signed, we come out to your home to take pictures, measure you space and evaluate the rest of your home so we can start the process of learning your personal design esthetic and the lifestyle you live.
We start by designing your space through 3D software We invite you in for appointments to go over the layouts of the walls, flooring, doors/doorways, electrical and plumbing layouts After each of our meetings, we email you layouts and revisions for approval.
We procure finishes such as tiles, cabinets, countertops, wall elements, flooring, hardware, lighting, plumbing finishes from all over the country to meet your design and lifestyle needs. Our design meetings will include presentations of these finishes until we have decided on every detail together.
Once all the design decisions have been completed, we provide detailed documents for your approval along with a detailed budget of every item we have chosen together. This final step is vital to move into the remodel stage.

I can't recommend Living Space Designs more. Over the summer they remodeled three of our four bathrooms. They were so easy to work with and had great ideas.
